If a matter concerns personal information rather than these Terms, it will be handled under our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") within the timeframes set out there.

Nothing published on the Site constitutes personalised financial, tax, investment, or legal advice unless provided to you directly under a signed engagement letter with Elmoria Financial Advisory (Pty) Ltd. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you provide us with information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a consultation proposal if requested, and for our internal record-keeping of client and prospect communications. We aim to respond to contact form submissions within 3 business days. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or contractual engagement; that arises only once a separate engagement letter or service agreement is signed by both parties.

If you subscribe to our email list, you consent to receive periodic communications from Elmoria relating to financial consulting insights, market commentary, and service updates. Every email includes a functional unsubscribe link, and any unsubscribe request is processed within 48 hours. We do not sell or rent subscriber lists to third parties.
